Membership Rules

Attorneys Representing One or Multiple Clients

The Membership Rules provide that attorney(s) may represent one or multiple clients comprising the million dollar or multi-million dollar qualifying settlement, judgment or award; however, the settlement, judgment or award must arise from a single claim or lawsuit.

Recognizing A Team Effort: Law Firm With Multiple Attorneys & Cooperating Law Firms

If multiple lawyers from the same law firm or cooperating law firms actively participated in a qualifying settlement, judgment or award, then we are honored to recognize the contributions of each attorney.
